The Universal Batch Cooker is a versatile system for production of soft caramels (toffees, chewy candy), filling of all types, also jam, gum and jelly confectionery as well as low boiled sugar-glucose solutions. In addition gentle cooking under vacuum is possible.

The discharges calve and the automatic steams shut-off on reaching the cooking temperature are premise for an automated process. Operating elements, cooking temperature and fault displays are mounted on a control panel. As an option the mixing container can be mounted on weighing cells and equipped with weighing electronics.
