Before being able to process your product, a buffering section is built in to compensate for line capacity variances. The size of the tank is chosen in such a way that the longest possible dwell time is achieved, thereby ensuring the product will not deteriorate. Mondomix can therefore supply a wide range of stirrers to suit your product’s specific requirements.

The buffer tank can be taken into the Cleaning In Place (CIP) cycle to ensure that it is thoroughly cleaned. Depending on the product, our buffer vessels come in either jacketed or single-walled execution. Whether your product is low or high viscous, Mondomix has a buffering solution.
